Kim's Restaurant is in downtown Christiansted. It is nothing fancy, but the menu had what we wanted. Fish!
Stan had snapper in Creole sauce.
Diana had boiled grouper.
Both dinners came with seasoned rice with beans, sweet potato, bread, and lettuce salad. The meals were filling and delicious.
Inside was a hanging basket with balsam and pine cones!
